Located on the Saha Industrial Estate when you first drive on to the airfield it appears to be all Industrial complex with no space for a DZ but just a runway between a lot of Industrial Buildings.
However, just off the end of the runway and across a small road is the drop zone, a large open area of land undeveloped save for a few buildings along one side and giving a large, safe landing area for parachutists with good overshoot areas on 2 sides.
The most dangerous thing is crossing the road to emplane!!!

Well, we finally did it !! We got our AOL (Aircraft Operators License) signed by the Ministry of Transport !!! So that's it, the final Hurdle is overcome, Paen (Mechanic/Engineer) has his PC6 Inspector Rating (the only guy in the country for commercial aviation on this aircraft), the aircraft is ready to fly and our permission is signed and valid... Almost a year to the day since we first rumoured our opening !!!!
